HAVN strives to provide a positive customer experience while maintaining product safety and hygiene standards.

Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if the order has not entered fulfillment.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Returns
Due to the hygienic nature of our products, opened or used items cannot be returned.

Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued in the following situations:

•⁠  ⁠Incorrect items shipped
•⁠  ⁠Lost shipments confirmed by the shipping carrier

Customers must notify HAVN within 7 days of delivery.

Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
